Foran and Cherry-Evans winning the Premiership in 2011 would have to be the closest to what you are asking for in recent times. It was their first full season in first grade together.

Although Foran did play 9 games in 2009 and a full season in 2010.
A huge fan of the Bulldogs but first and foremost an fan of the game and the game needs the Gold Coast Titans!

Geez you've changed your tune mate. Yesterday you were asking whether King knew how important the signing of Hodko was.

I think the question was about two first year halves. When Manly won, as you say, Foran was in his third year and had also played for the Kiwis.

He was even inconsistent tonight. His first half was ordinary but his second half was pretty good.

    1. Well the only choices we have now is to bring through young halves or Roberts/Sandow, so I'm trying to sound upbeat about it and looking at the positives. And yes at the time I realised I worded the statement wrong I tried to say that Hodkinson is possibly the only good option on the market that ticked all the boxes for us, but no worries.

Broncos forum seem to think he's going great guns in there but I haven't seen any hl's or match footage. Stats will be available on QRL.com.au if you have spare time

Thanks HS, reliable as always mate.

Geez Martin doesn't look too bad does he. Knows how to put people in gaps and sometimes find his own. Who do you personally prefer? The QLD and Australian U20s halfback or the NZ U20s halfback who is a product of Keebra Park?

Just hope we get one of these guys. Both have massive potential.

You could always try to email info@titans.com or Neil Cadigan (can't remember his email).

Im pretty sure recruitment have access to all video. Attacking wise i have no problem with either Taylor or Martin. How they adapt defensively is another story. Even LG is adjusting to make the right reads and decisions at NRL level.

yea I'm worried about that too, I'm sure King can help their defence? Honestly these guys will be excellent in the NRL.
