THIS. No, he doesn't fill the slot that DCE is leaving vacant, but he has drawing power. People who don't follow league closely still know his name and that he's a star. These are the people the Titans need if they want to make money.

Sport is theater, just in a different package. Either have the name above the marquee to draw the crowd, or have the positive word of mouth (i.e., be a premiership-winning team). Since we aren't yet the latter, we need to try and be the former.

Yes the Titans should be all in for Moses Mbye. Wouldn't it be lovely for the club to build around 2 young and talented halves from QLD. Throw in Moseley in the 9 and we have the making of a good spin. Next on my list would be Valentine Holmes to play fullback.

Yes he should never have been shown the door. That said he is 34 and really has no place as a player at the Titans IMO.

As much as I didn't want him to leave, he has been giving very little to the Warriors this year. Past it I am afraid and unfortunately the salary cap doesn't allow for sentiment.
