Which all begs the question: why was there the previous announcement until something was actually set in stone? This is very much Searle-speak to me.

My post of 16 December raised this as well. Looks like this is being poorly handled whether it's Coomera or Parkwood. This together with the yet to be announced sponsor that was supposed to be eminent adds up to not a very good couple of months. After the early positive announcements, the last few weeks have seen little progress.
