hmmmm what positions do we need to focus on for recruiting? ALL OF THEM.............. No one in the team is secure as far as I am concerned. They all need to prove to the new coach that they have what is required to be a regular first grade player.
We have too many guys that have been given chances at the top level and are yet to step up, too many guys that are entrenched in 1st grade who shouldn't be there (good to see Gordon dropped recently) and too many guys just there on reputation.
Every one of the first grade squad needs to be pulled aside and given some home truths and lets get everyone on the same page and playing a true team game plan.
