There is good news for the Gold Coast Titans with a major sponsor expected to be announced within weeks.

Gold Coast Titans CEO Graham Annesley says the club is close to securing a major sponsor.

Chief executive Graham Annesley revealed they were deep in negotiations and confident of an announcement soon.

Annesley travelled to China recently to pitch the Titans to multi-national companies.

Despite this week’s announcement that the Gold Coast Airport will host flights to China within months, likely through Sichuan Airlines, Annesley said the sponsorship had nothing to do with the new air links.

“It is not an airline,” he said.

“With these things you never know until paper is signed but we hope to make an announcement pretty soon.

“We are progressing well with securing a major sponsor.”

Hopefully this is still in the pipeline a major sponsor as I agree with a comment in another thread it seems as though the training gear is a generic put together and waiting on an announcement of the major sponsor so the new BLK range can be shown and hit the shelves.

Just with the sponsorship I wonder if Coral Homes and Zarraffas are still on board as the current training shirt only has by the looks of them in the pictures two sponsors sea fm and channel 9. Hopefully we get to find out all once the official announcement of a major sponsor happens

Just watched video on Titans TV and a new advertising board was behind the player, seems we have a couple of new sponsors on the screen behind couldn't clearly see them but one is TFH and another VFX unfortunately I couldn't make out who they are

I couldn't make out the red one however the other two are a Temp Fencing Company ( Red Writing ) and the other one is a sign writing company.
