That was a gutsy effort. Poor quality game and Souths were dreadful for the side they are but credit where it's due. Mead great at fullback while he was there but in fairness Zilly was good tonight.

Ugly win but showed some grit to finally get the breakthrough!

Taka (jesus his decision making and "kicks" were god awful), Falloon (how many penalties did he give away)

Honourable mention:
The bench stepped up and some great debuts (white excluded he was meh as always)

We win 14-10. What a great win! We looked like a different team tonight. Good defence and pretty good attack.

Zilly had a great game. Breaking tackles and good line running. He still had his flaws but he was one of our best tonight IMO.

Meady won us this game in the last 10 mins. His defence at fullback and his line running was outstanding.

Our forwards worked hard and I was impressed with Kingston and Melson who both ran hard and smashed them in defence. Douglas is a workhorse and Mini had a good game for his 250th.

I believe our best halves combo is Kelly and Mortimer. Kelly looked like he was nearly back to his best and Mortimer played good, continuously creating chances. They did look rusty at times but after a few weeks they should go alright.
