The iSelect Gold Coast Titans under 20s are hoping last round win over Wests Tigers was the turning point in their season and they can back it up with a good all-round performance at Cbus Super Stadium against South Sydney Rabbitohs tomorrow.

"We've slowly been improving over the last month," coach Ben Woolf said. "Our combinations are getting a lot better and we have more consistency in our key positions."

The Rabbitohs, who are currently ranked 11th on the Holden Cup ladder, will be tough opposition but if the Titans can control the ruck area better, they should be able to take the win.

"We just need better efforts. Better line speed, better kick chase and better pressure, that will win the game," Woolf said.

Halfback Christian Hazard, who has been battling an ankle injury will return to the field for the Titans after missing the victory at Leichhardt Oval, by far the team's best performance of the season. He was dynamic in the only other victory, a come from behind win in Melbourne against the Storm.

Woolf mentioned: "If he can get through the game without injury, it will allow him to play his natural game which will offer us more in the attack."

The iSelect Gold Coast Titans under-20s take the field at 3:15 pm today followed by the NRL game at 5:30 pm.
