Both far better centres than Zillman yet they have to play Q Cup after returning from injury so why didn't the same happen to "TP", there must be that video somewhere.....

I just can't understand why specialist centres would not be preferred over a part timer. Zillman didn't have to do his time in Q Cup but was less than impressive in the last game?
How is it fair that one of our better players last week is dropped to 18th man?
How is it fair that one of our worst players retains his spot out in the centres after his woeful performance last week? The mind boggles.

You know, Mark Ioane would probably be a better centre than Zillman. At least he can tackle and make metres.
I'm not sure where Zillman was last week - he didn't seem to be on the field. Perhaps I need watch a replay and get my Where's Wally techniques out.
How can you play on an opposing centre who scores 4 tries and only have 2 tackles and 1 missed tackle? I must admit, I watched the game very distracted so I can't comment, but I hope he goes better this week than last. I still believe he can be a good centre but he won't be helped having Sezer inside him but he might be if Taylor plays left which I believe is his better side. Zillman will be able to support the Taylor offload which could create some points for Zillman and Gordon. While we will all miss Bird - our left side backs won't.
Geese are the ultimate team players.
They honk to encourage one another!
Just for a change I have some comments:
1. Zillman will get better ball this week because Bird will not be there dominating Sezer ... I have long argued that Bird over-calls Sezer and now will be the kid's chance to show what he's got ... if he shows nothing then get Blair in.
2. Zillman was so bad last week that it defies belief that he is selected. He was obviously short of a run, he was often caught wandering around out of position, he seemed inhibited and unable to turn and chase plus his passing was terrible ... bloody awful. Tighe was one of our best before his injury but he does need a run in QCup and you could argue the same for Blair but Zillman ... friggin' hell! It makes me sick in the guts.
