The Lurker: The reality is they can't afford to pay him out... he will stay. But surely they won't cop a fourth straight year without finals footy.

Stating the obvious here but this again just shows the stupidity of signing carty to a 5 year extension in the first place. Here we all are bagging Carty yet the fool who offered him a 5 year extension goes about his business without being questioned.

Remember Annersly saying last week we would not be spending much on recruit for next year as we dont have the cash, maybe they are keeping it to sack carty? can only hope.

Yep, his record is no better than Cartwright's over the same period. He had the same losses and only 1 more win than JC at the Cow's and it was over the exact same period as Carty until this year. Originally Posted by teke

As for a new coach I would like to see either Rick Stone or Nathan Brown. I would never want to see Bennett at the club he is a great coach but he is not what the team needs. Not to mention he would most likely come with his love child Boyd who we defiantly don't need.
