Origin II tickets on sale this week

Tickets to Sydney’s only Holden State of Origin match will go on sale this week and NRL Club Ticketed Members are the first to have the chance to secure seats from Thursday.

With the 2014 Telstra Premiership draw to be announced on Wednesday, the NRL today released the 2014 representative schedule, with NRL Club members having a priority buying option.

The representative season will kick-off with the World Cup final rematch between Australia and New Zealand on May 2 (venue TBC), followed by the AAMI Country v City clash at Dubbo on May 4.

Games I and III of the 2014 Holden State of Origin Series will be held at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on May 28 and July 9; and Game II at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on June 18.

Tickets for Game II go on sale to NRL Club Ticketed Members from Thursday (Dec 5) until Sunday (Dec 8); Non-ticketed Members on Monday, December 9; and the general public from Tuesday, December 17. For more information on becoming an NRL Club Member, go to membership.nrl.com/.

Maroon Membership sales are extremely strong, with supporters taking up the opportunity pre-Christmas to secure their seats to Games I and III in Brisbane before tickets are released to the general public in March.
