Just finished work a couple hours ago, so reporting for duty for the Grand Final.

Still backing in Roosters, but Im actually getting excited for a high quality game that will be brutal.

I hear its good weather down south so no repeats of the horrible 2010 and 2009 (I was there and got pretty saturated) weather.

I doubt the refs could have given the Rooters any more of the 50/50 calls in the first half without being sin-binned themselves.
$BW was having a shocker until the last 20 minutes when he did 2 good things, and that's probably all we'll hear about for the next 4 months. Or until he joins Union.

Wolfman was best on ground for the Rooters tonight. He was worth at least 8 points for the tri-colours.

Very happy for Mini. I really think he deserves it, and it's good to see a genuine ambassador for the NRL get the chocolates.

haha, nah, I had it as LAST try. There was a few minutes where I was hoping no one would score any more tries.

Does anyone know how penalty tires work? I thought the idea was you got an extra shot at goal for the penalty, hence the term "possible 8 points"? Or is that only if you get the penalty in the act of ACTUALLY scoring the try?
