Well since we won't sack Cartwright the next best thing is to sign an assistant without a touch football background.
Henry will be great for the club because he knows how to coach.
Will be a good replacement when Cartwright finishes his contract.
We would at least get 1 good year in 2014 out of Henry but in 2015 I'm guessing their will be a little bit of backstabbing. Nothing foreign.

The club would have rocks in their heads if they don't go after him even as an assistant. (for now)

Henry has told Parra he does not want the head coaching job there. That was what we were competing with apparently.
Fingers crossed we get him..feeling confident.

Bring Henry in as an assistant, next season we loose the first 5 games , they sack Carty , we have a new coach
, go one to win all our games after that
