I agree with Teke, Tom Merritt looks pretty good to me and if we had better wing options then Mead to centre is the go for mine. I was hopeful it was Don but he fell in a hole. I reckon Dowling is okay and will get better the more 1st grade he plays.

I wouldn't devalue the contribution we get from Mead on the wing though Teke - he has been excellent there this year and with the Bunnies kicking game, I reckon it's best both Gordon and Mead are there to support Rankin. I would love to see Merritt make the step up though. I'm fairly sure he used to be in the top squad a while back but never cracked it for a start - certainly looks quick in the Qld Cup.

I def dont devalue his position on the wing, quite the opposite actually.
