Country rugby league officials will look at a video of a New South Wales Coffs Coast match on Sunday to see what led to it being called off.

A Group Two match between the Coffs Harbour Comets and Kempsey's Macleay Valley Mustangs will be under scrutiny at the meeting tonight.

It is claimed players both on and off field breached the code of conduct for violence and racial vilification.

The match was suspended almost 20 minutes before full time, after an all in brawl erupted.

It came after a series of sin binnings, a send off and other incidents.

It is also claimed a Coffs Harbour player in the stands racially abused a Macleay Valley footballer as he left the field.

The Comets were ahead 56 to 10 when the game was abandoned so they will be awarded the match points.

A Group Two spokesman said any players identified as having behaved badly may be cited and sent to the group's judiciary which has the power to impose fines and or suspensions.
