i think luke odwyer gets to be in the 17.

he has been in top level league for 8-10 years, compared to ryan simpkins.

unless simpkins got the nod as he was 'more' local.

generally im not a fan of odwyer in our titans squad, but in this equation i think he deserves a spot over a fringe first grader

LU poster Noname added his comments:
Mead has his junior club as Lismore Marist, Sandow as Cherbourg (I know he had a year or two at Seagulls) I'd call Mead a junior over Sandow.
Which Gordon? Kevin Gordon isn't a junior but Michael Gordon is and would would walk into the side.
Not too sold on Benji and T'eo being juniors either but they did spend some time on the coast during their development I suppose.
Anyway it does show that the Coast has produced some talent, and will continue to do so in the future, hopefully the Titans can pick up the right ones.
Further up-date with more contentious selections ...

    2. Sam Perrett
    3. Steve Michaels

    8. Ben Hannant
    9. Matt Srama

^this team would outscore our current Titans lineup.

I look in all the time but do not like to post but have to here. You have forgotten a local junior who is the answer you have been asking for to help your coach out of his negative big bopper theory.

Matty the Rat went to Mudgeeraba State School and my son played against him and with him in School rep footy. Matty and my son would have been about eight years old then.

    Pete

    ps.

I also had a close connection with Ben Hannant's grandfather. A wonderful man who kept the Hannant clan close together. I can also remember young Ben and his siblings at the Mudgeeraba Swimming Club,

No way.... Throw Smith and the rat in there instead of michaels and rankin and they'd get closer.

Benji running the show with Boyd at the back is much more effective then Zillman at the back...

I don't doubt that Rogers on one leg with his eyes closed could run circles around Michaels but last time I looked he was retired, unless somebody knows something.

Also Tim Smith is still playing in England.
I rate him a very good halfback just a little loose off the field haha.
