Well that try brought back memories of KG.
Still has his flash.

Happy.
Standouts for me were Bird, James, Taylor (best game yet), Idris, Mead and Gordon. Oh and Srama and Falloon.
Was good to see what we could produce when we played some looser footy towards the end.
EDIT: **** just heard about Srama. Hope he is alright.
Good grafting win, punctuated by some terrible lack of execution. Sorry guys but Mansour is a real talent, Mead went fine and Gordon was ordinary (particularly under the high ball) until he redeemed himself at the end playing outside the worst centre on the field.

Only being following twitter, Srama ok?
In the post game interview Cartwright said it was an AC problem to be assessed tomorrow. He also said that Mansour and Symonds carved us up.

Mansour is the competition's form winger, imho. Cleary clearly blamed the refs no try decision on their 4th minute attempt for their loss and then called the interview off ... he was less than happy ... stiff bickies

Mansour is very good. I still think uate and Jorge Tafua are in better form this year, but he is going to breakout this year and if had better team around him he would be a superstar.
For example, imagine him on the end if the rabbits or bulldogs backline.
The play that delivered meads try is exactly what I e been waiting for and saw a bit in the trials. Has Sezer and Kelly combining in lieu of a skillful fullback and hitting Jamal early enough to commit 2 defenders.
If mansour didn't commit and leave meady open, then Jamal keeps it and steamrolls someone one on one.
If we use it with timing and depth, we can go to that well many times. Broncos almost defeated the mighty storm with that single play.
Other than that, a good defensive effort if course, but a win that wasn't quote as convincing as previous weeks, but just being able to win when not at our best is a decent indicator that we have made real progress.
