I can understand that we may not have the funds for a professional photographer these days. But surely someone in the office does have some basic photoshop skills to enhance the contrast and brightness in the 2015 squad photo..
EDT: Here.. Copy&Paste, new layer, apply screen filter at 85% opacity.. All of about 20 seconds and now wooducks like me with failing eyesight can make out to who we're lookin' at..
