Baily/Bird co-Captains. Bull because it's obvious. Bird because it may encourage him to stay, he's Captained Country team and it may improve his on field discipline in relation to milking penalties.

Bailey already has the captaincy and there is no use adding another just because we had two co-captains.
Problem is...we know what we get out of Bailey each week...we need somebody that will step up when there is a game to be won.
We don't have captain material in the squad...you guys are kidding thinking Bird should be captain.
The only guy close to having a personally for a winning captain is Ryan James but he is too young and struggling to make the side.

To me Luke Bailey and Bird look like leaders. And when Srama becomes more experienced i think he will be captain material.
