    Titans contracted Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy started on the left wing for Keebra Park SHS in Round Four of the School Boy Langer Cup competition against Caloundra SHS with Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy scoring two spectacular tries in the left corner.

    Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy scored the first of his spectacular tries in the 32nd when after receiving the ball on the end of a Keebra Park SHS backline movement from a scrum on the opposite side of the field Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy received the pass from his inside fourteen metres out and fifteen metres in from the left touchline and flew to his left to produce a spectacular dive that would not have been out of place in the NRL to get the ball down in the left corner.

    Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy scored his second try in the 37th minute with an even more spectacular dive to get the ball down in his right hand in the left corner from ten metres out after receiving the ball by way of a twenty five metre cut-out pass from his right from Ryder Williams.

    Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy then added a try assist in the 57th minute to repay Ryder Williams. From deep inside Keebra Park SHS territory Ryder Williams ran the ball to the left of the play the ball from twenty metres out down a left blindside and after running ten metres Ryder Williams passed inside to Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy who exploded through a gap and when he got to the halfway mark, Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy drew the Caloundra SHS fullback and passed to his right to Ryder Williams who ran to his left whilst being chased by a defender to score ten metres in from the right corner post.

    Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy also made a line break in the 12th minute when after taking a high bomb from Caloundra SHS on the full eight metres out from his own try line ten metres in from the left touchline, Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy immediately ran the ball to his left and raced down the left touchline before cutting inside away from the touchline when thirty eight metres out from his own try line before Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy was tackled eight metres from the halfway mark.

    Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy recorded a second line break in the 17th minute when from the left of a Keebra Park SHS scrum win, Ryder Williams threw a long cut-out pass to his left from eight metres out from his own try line to put Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy outside of his opposing winger and on a thirty four metres run down the left touchline with Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy getting to within eight metres out the halfway mark.

    Titans contracted Ryder Williams started at halfback for Keebra Park SHS in Round Four of the School Boy Langer Cup competition against Caloundra SHS with Ryder Williams putting on a clinic in a big Keebra Park SHS victory including scoring a double and kicking six conversions from as many attempts including conversions from the left touchline in the 32nd and the 37th minutes to convert spectacular Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy’s tries. Ryder Williams also converted his own 57th minute try from ten metres in from the right touchline.

    Ryder Williams scored in the 13th minute under the posts after backing up good work out of dummy half from Isaiah F@galilo and a subsequent off-load from Taylor Whittington.

    Ryder Williams scored his second try in the 57th minute when from deep inside Keebra Park SHS territory Ryder Williams ran the ball to the left of the play the ball from twenty metres out down a left blindside and after running ten metres Ryder Williams passed inside to Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy who exploded through a gap and when he got to the halfway mark, Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy drew the Caloundra SHS fullback and passed to his right to Ryder Williams who ran to his left whilst being chased by a defender to score ten metres in from the right corner post.

    Ryder Williams recorded a try assist in the 37th minute when from the left of the play the ball and ten metres from the try line Ryder Williams threw a spectacular twenty five metre cut-out pass to his left straight onto the chest of Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy who then had a ten metre run down the left touchline before a spectacular dive saw him score in the left corner.

    Ryder Williams also threw the final pass for Mason Barber’s 50th minute try.

    Ryder Williams also recorded a line break assist in the 17th minute when from the left of a Keebra Park SHS scrum win, Ryder Williams threw a long cut-out pass to his left from eight metres out from his own try line to put Zyroam Taurawa-Herlihy outside of his opposing winger and on a thirty four metres run down the left touchline.

    Ryder Williams recorded a second line break assist in the 47th minute when from the left of the play the ball and five metres inside his own territory Ryder Williams put a good short ball to his left onto the chest of Joseph Tupuse who made a thirty metre line break down the left channel.

    The 42nd minute saw Ryder Williams make a good run down a short left blindside from twenty eight metres out with Ryder Williams getting to within ten metres of the try line before being tackled near the left touchline.

    Titans contracted Jayden Wright continued in the front row for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Twelve of the HDC against the Brisbane Tigers with Jayden Wright scoring in the 76th minute when Jayden Wright ran onto a short, sharp pass from Tanu Nona from his right and after receiving the ball four metres out, Jayden Wright spun clockwise to crash over to score ten metres in from the right corner post.

    Jayden Wright took the third hit-up of the match to get the ball from his own twenty metre mark to the thirty four metre mark. Then in the 5th minute Jayden Wright ran onto the ball to the left of the play the ball from ten metres inside his own territory to eight metres inside Tigers territory.

    Jayden Wright made an additional strong run in the 20th minute from the left of the play the ball with Jayden Wright able to carry the ball from ten metres from the halfway to three metres inside Tigers territory.

    Jayden Wright then made a strong goal line drop-out return in the 73rd minute and after taking possession of the ball forty two metres out Jayden Wright was able to get the ball to within twenty four metres of the try line with Jayden Wright then awarded a penalty for the ball being stripped from his grasp with more than one defender involved in the tackle.

    Titans contracted Antioch Faitala-Mariner started at right centre for the Brisbane Tigers in Round Twelve of the HDC against the Tweed Heads Seagulls with Antioch Faitala-Mariner recording a try assist in the 16th minute when after receiving the ball down a right blindside eighteen metres from the try line, Antioch Faitala-Mariner ran the ball to ten metres out and after drawing in the Seagulls left winger, Antioch Faitala-Mariner off-loaded to his right to put his winger over to score in the corner.

    Antioch Faitala-Mariner also made a line break in the 52nd minute when after picking up a Tweed Heads knock on eight metres out from his own try line, Antioch Faitala-Mariner charged downfield and after breaking a tackle just inside Seagulls territory, Antioch Faitala-Mariner was able to get the ball to within eighteen metres of the try line.

    The 35th minute saw Antioch Faitala-Mariner, from two passes to the right of the play the ball and from thirty three metres out from his own try line, was able to get the ball to within five metres of the halfway mark before getting an off-load away to his left.

    Titans contracted Nicholas Hilton started at lock for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Twelve of the HDC against the Brisbane Tigers with Nicholas Hilton’s initial strong run of the match arriving in the 3rd minute when from the left of the play the ball Nicholas Hilton received the ball on the halfway mark and was able to make seventeen metres downfield.

    Then in the 5th minute Nicholas Hilton, from the left of the play the ball and twelve metres out from his own try line engaged the defensive line and was able to get a right arm off-load away to his right to Tanu Nona who made an additional ten metres downfield. Then in the 25th minute from the left of the play the ball Nicholas Hilton carried the ball from thirty metres out from his own try line to five metres of the halfway mark.

    Nicholas Hilton also did well in the 73rd minute with a solid run from a Seagulls penalty tap restart with Nicholas Hilton starting his run ten metres inside Tigers territory and after surging his way to within twenty metres of the try line, Nicholas Hilton got a right arm off-load away to his left to Tanu Nona with Tweed Heads scoring two passes later. The 75th minute saw Nicholas Hilton get yet another off-load away on this occasion a right arm off-load to his left from thirty metres out from his own try line.

    Nicholas Hilton also made a good run in the 77th minute from the left of the play the ball with Nicholas Hilton getting the ball from ten metres inside Tigers territory to within nineteen metres of the try line.

    Titans contracted Tanu Nona moved back into the Seagulls starting line-up at hooker in Round Twelve of the HDC against the Brisbane Tigers with Tanu Nona recording a try assist in the 76th minute when with the play the ball nine metres out and ten metres in from the right touchline, Tanu Nona ran to his right out of dummy half before immediately cutting off his right foot back behind the marker and when he was four metres from the try line, Tanu Nona got a short, sharp off-load away to his left to Jayden Wright who crashed over to score from close range.

    Tanu Nona made a good run in the 5th minute when after taking an off-load from Nicholas Hilton twelve metres out from his own try line Tanu Nona was able to make twelve metres through the centre of the field.

    Tanu Nona followed that run up with another run to his right out of dummy half in the 14th minute from twenty metres out from his own try line to eight metres of the halfway mark. Tanu Nona then ran out of dummy half to his left on this occasion in the 20th minute from forty metres from the try line to thirty metres out with Tanu Nona’s speed catching the defensive off-side to gain six more tackles for the Seagulls.

    Then in the 25th minute Tanu Nona ran to his left out of dummy half from five metres inside Tigers territory to twenty eight metres from the try line. Tanu Nona then rounded out his strong match in the 77th minute with a run out of dummy half to his right from five metres inside his own territory to nine metres into Tigers territory.

    Tanu Nona executed a strong tackle in the 32nd minute from a Tweed Heads kick-off with Tanu Nona smashing the Tigers kick returner front-on forcing him to knock the ball on twenty metres out from the try line.

    Titans contracted Ryan Foran continued at left second row for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Twelve of the HDC against the Brisbane Tigers with Ryan Foran scoring in the 40th minute when from two passes to the left of the play the ball and after receiving the bell twenty three metres from the try line, Ryan Foran ran straight over the top of one would be defender with Ryan Foran then veering to his right to beat the Tigers fullback with Ryan Foran then charging away to put the ball down under the posts.

    Ryan Foran came close to scoring earlier in the match in the 21st minute when after taking possession of the ball on the left side of the field twelve metres out, Ryan Foran marched to within a metre of the try line with Ryan Foran then being awarded a penalty for a hand on the ball. Ryan Foran then charged onto the ball from the resultant penalty tap to once again get within a metre of the try line.

    The 29th minute saw Ryan Foran make a strong kick-off return to get the ball to the twenty eight metre mark. Ryan Foran then rounded off his strong match with a run from twenty metres out from his own try line to thirty four metres after running on the ball to the left of the play the ball in the 74th minute.

    Ricco Waitititi started at right centre for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Ten of the NRRRL U18 competition against the Lower Clarence Magpies with Ricco Waitititi recording two try assists with the first coming in the 4th minute when on the right side of the field five metres out, Ricco Waitititi drew the Magpies left winger to him and off-loaded to his right to put his winger over in the right corner.

    Ricco Waitititi recorded his second try assist in the 31st minute when after a ten metre run down the right side of the field, Ricco Waitititi got an above the head right arm flick off-load away to his right winger when twenty three metres out to put his winger (No. 20) over to score in the corner.

    Ricco Waitititi had an initial influence on the match inside the opening minute with Ricco Waitititi chasing through an attacking Tweed Heads grubber kick to grab the Magpies left winger just in the field of play with Ricco Waitititi dragging the winger back into the in-goal area to force a goal line drop-out.

    Then in the 27th minute from the left of the play the ball and four metres inside his own territory Ricco Waitititi was able to get the ball ten metres inside Lower Clarence territory.

    Ricco Waitititi produced another right arm flick off-load to his right from twenty metres out in the 35th minute.

    Joshua Donovan-Skinner continued at fullback for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Ten of the NRRRL U18 competition against the Lower Clarence Magpies with Joshua Donovan-Skinner scoring a try and kicking a 2nd minute conversion from twelve metres to the left of the uprights.

    Joshua Donovan-Skinner scored in the 39th minute with a long range effort with Joshua Donovan-Skinner coming forward to take a Magpies chip kick on the full in front of two chasers twenty six metres from his own try line with Joshua Donovan-Skinner then racing away down the left touchline to score four metres in from the left corner post.

    Joshua Donovan-Skinner also recorded a try assist in the 27th minute when after being put into a gap on the left side of the field by Tashahn Cora thirty metres out, Joshua Donovan-Skinner stepped off his right foot and when six metres from the try line Joshua Donovan-Skinner drew the fullback and got the ball away to his left to put his winger over to score in the corner.

    Tashahn Cora started at halfback for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in Round Ten of the NRRRL U18 competition against the Lower Clarence Magpies with Tashahn Cora scoring in just the 2nd minute of the match when after backing up the ball carrier Tashahn Cora got the off-load to score twelve metres to the left of the uprights.

    Tashahn Cora also recorded a try assist in the 8th minute when after receiving the ball two passes to the left of the play the ball “out the back” eighteen metres from the try line, Tashahn Cora continued to run to his left and when ten metres from the try line threw a cut-out pass to his left for his left centre to step his way over to score.

    Tashahn Cora almost set up another Seagulls try four minutes earlier in the 4th minute when from forty metres from the try line Tashahn Cora put a left foot kick over the defensive line with the ball taking a horror bounce for the Magpies fullback to bounce into the arms of the Seagulls left winger who was tripped up from behind just five metres from the try line.

    Tashahn Cora also recorded a line break assist in the 27th minute when to the left of the play the ball thirty metres out, Tashahn Cora held the ball up beautifully to put Joshua Donovan-Skinner into a gap.

    The 49th minute then saw Tashahn Cora put in a short along the ground kick-off straight down the centre of the field with Tashahn Cora regathering the ball by diving on the ball thirty metres out from the try line.

    Titans contracted Taylan To’o started at right second row for Marsden SHS in Round Four of the School Boy Walters Cup competition against Wavell SHS with Taylan To’o dominant in a Player of the Match performance including scoring one try and coming close to scoring another in a hard fought two points Marsden SHS victory. While Taylan To’o lined up at right second row to start the match Taylan To’o in fact moved between left and right second row over the course of the match.

    Taylan To’o scored a spectacular solo try in the 10th minute when from two passes to the left of the play the ball Taylan To’o received the ball forty metres out from the try line and immediately produced a subtle step off his left foot to beat a defender with Taylan To’o then using a left arm fend to beat a second defender to burst into space with Taylan To’o then stepping off his left foot at full speed to easily beat the fullback and charge sixteen metres to dive over to score two metres to the left of the uprights.

    Taylan To’o almost scored an even more spectacular solo try from another line break in the 41st minute when from the right of the play the ball thirty metres out from his own try line, Taylan To’o surged onto the ball smashing straight through the centre of the Wavell SHS defensive line with Taylan To’o then outpacing the cover defence before veering to his right to round the Wavell SHS fullback with Taylan To’o crossing the try line four metres in from the right corner post but after a long delay the referee ruled that Taylan To’o had lost possession of the ball just prior to crossing the try line.

    Taylan To’o produced a very smart piece of play in the 34th minute when after a Wavell SHS try, Taylan To’o took the kick-off and put in a short kick-off straight ahead along the ground with Taylan T’o and a Wavell SHS player forced to wait for the ball to cross the ten metre plane with both players then diving onto the ball but Taylan To’o was the player to emerge with the ball after wrestling for possession on the ground.

    Taylon To’o, in the 5th minute from forty metres out from his own try line produced a trade mark right arm off-load after engaging the defensive line and in the 26th minute after running onto the ball to the left of the play the ball twenty six metres out from his own try line Taylan To’o was tripped up after making just a handful of metres but Taylan To’o then got to his feet and continue his run to three metres of the halfway mark.

    Jury Taewa started in the front row for Marsden SHS in Round Four of the School Boy Langer Cup against Wavell SHS with Jury Taewa involved in the opening tackle of the match that saw the Wavell SHS front rower grabbed by multiple Marsden SHS players, including Jury Taewa and being force back eight metres to three metres from his own try line in front of the goal posts.

    Jury Taewa also made a strong tackle in the 46th minute with a crunching tackle in the Wavell SHS hooker on the try line and ten metres in from the right touchline with Jury Taewa’s heavy tackle over the top forcing a knock on.

    Jury Taewa also made a strong kick-off return in the 44th minute to get the ball out to the twenty six metre mark.
