Fair effort (was 12-0 with about 10mins to go) by the U20s lads considering majority were in MM last year, with a few MM players playing in that Agrade trial as well - Zac Mccormack, Jayden Heta and Tyrone Tofoeano.

Also I think the last 15-20mins of the ISC trial is was majority u20s, with Huston Holloway starting in the backrow along Matt Robinson. Noticed Zae Wallace didnt play in any of the trials.

MDRew did you get out to watch our anyone else. i only managed to catch part of the Agrade and the ISC game.

Saw the MM and Colts as well, MM just too good, centre Braden Amunsden was good. The Colts was a good effort considering the number of boys playing A Grade, WA half Justin McCoy-Edwards and Ben Willetts look like they will be pushing for a sport. Agree with you Renegade a good effort by the 20's in the A Grade match.

They will be close mate, I will be at the Tweed MM match next Saturday at Waterford against Souths Logan so I will have a bit better feel. Interestingly last night Souths Logan MM were beaten 26-20 by Ipswich.

A couple of interesting boys lined up for Burleigh U20’s on Saturday afternoon including former Sydney Roosters SG Ball hooker/lock Trinity Cecil-Hamiora and Auckland Grammar School front row/second row Repoama Morris-Ponga. It is great to see youngster from different area’s looking for an opportunity with the Titans feeder clubs.

Another example is the three Napier Boys High students who have come across from New Zealand to push for a spot in the Western Mustangs U20 colts side this season

Good to see Keebra Park sending an U18 side to this weekends Coffs Harbour 9’s tournament. Keebra’s First match is on Saturday afternoon against Lower Clarence U18’s at 2.05pm. They also play Macksville and Sawtell with the finals on Saturday night if they qualify of course

Tweed Heads are playing a trial against Souths Logan this Saturday afternoon, with the MM Cup sides playing at 3pm and the Colts at 4.30pm before the A Grade and Queensland Cup matches. The Tweed Heads MM side looks very strong, looking forward to seeing them in action.

On Sunday at Nerang Juniors the Gold Coast/Titans academy squads will play the Western Mustangs at the U13, U14, U15 and U16 levels with the matches starting at 10am.

Western Mustangs U20 Colts were defeated 38-26 by the Pittsworth Danes last weekend. The U20 and MM Western Mustangs play Ipswich before the Titans trial against the Broncos on Saturday

18 year old hooker Zac Stevens has been named at hooker for the Southwest Qld Emus Side that play a Toowoomba All Stars selection in the main Titans/Broncos curtain raiser

The Burleigh ISC team for the trial against the Sunshine Coast Falcons tomorrow includes Titans youngster Darius Farmer (he will start in the second row in the A Grade trial) on the bench along side Titans 2017 NYC player Zae Wallace (he will start the A Grade trial at hooker).

Jaxson Paulo (wing), Callum Boomer (wing), Taine Tuaupiki (five eight) and Darius Farmer will start in the A Grade trial with Lochlyn Sheldon and Kai O’Donnell on the bench.

In the Colts trial, Allan Lockwood (fullback) Lochlyn Sheldon (front row) Kai O'Donnell (hooker) Tyler Szepanowski (front row) and Reihana Marsh (second row) all start.

In the MM trial, Rhian Stowers (fullback) and Lofi Khan-Pereira (wing) start and Logan Cootes will come off the bench
