The Group One JRL competition has kicked off with a few Titans linked boys doing well early, Julian Torrens has scored a hat trick in both matches to date with backrower Tyhyres Williams crossing for five tries so far including 4 against Marist Brothers in the U14 competition, in the 15's Ben Liyou and Caleb Barker are dominating for Grafton. In the U13's wing Michael Stephen-Bolt with seven tries in two matches with ultra quick fullback Rowen Mansfiled crossing for four in the early going. Too early to discuss because he is so young but U12 front rower Ashton Randall to keep an eye on in the future already Rugby clubs all over him

One young Gold Coast boy who will not be with us is Max Bryant but congratulations to him, he has picked up a Queensland Bulls cricket contract, not bad at all for a 17 year old, congratulations to the young batsman.
Great to see Titans linked youngsters Dorion Smith and Helensvales Adrian Armaro off to good starts in the U14 grading competition, both have crossed for six tries in three games grading games to date

A couple of Titans linked boys have been selected in a U15 invitational team to paly a match this weekend after the U13 and U14 Vikings trials. They include second rower Andre Semu and fullback/centre Jack Hamlit.

Congratulations to a number of Titans linked Redbank Plains SHS rugby league sides for recent victories. The Redbank Gee shield team won 40-18 against Caloundra while the De Vere side held Nambour scoreless with a 50-0 win. They play Alexandra Hills this afternoon. Also in Ipswich Keebra play Ipswich State High School who drew 14 all against PBC this afternoon in three games.
