Exceptionally talented giant young Titans contracted Keebra Park front rower Immanuel Kalekale is set to start from the bench on Sunday for Nerang in their GCRL U18 Division One Round Twelve match against the Southport Tigers.
-
Titans contracted Nic Hilton has not played a lot of games for Nerang in the GCR U18 Division One competition with his commitments with the Titans, the Tweed Heads MM Cup and the TSS First XV but it is great to see him named on the bench for the Roosters in Sunday's Round Twelve match against Southport.
-
Titans contracted Arama Hau has played primarily in the forwards for the Titans U17 side (and captain) and Keebra Park this season but for Nerang in the GCRL U18 Division One competition he has played the majority of the season in the halves and handled it well.
Tomorrow in Round Twelve he is set to start at five eight against Southport.

One of the best newcomers to the Gold Coast Rugby League competitions this season has been former Auckland stand-out Atunaisa
Pahulu Jr who has been great for the Southport Tigers U18 Division One side and for Mabel Park SHS in the Langer Cup.
Tomorrow he is set to start at right centre for Southport in Round Twelve of the GCRL U18 Division One competition against the Nerang Roosters.

I will go out on a limb and saw the most improved player on the Gold Coast thsi year has been Helensvale and Coombahah SHS student Jay Blazek.
The young man started the season starring for the Hornets U18 Division One side but quickly moved up to the GCRL First Grade competition and handled the step up in his stride. Today in Round Twelve he starts at lock against Mudgeeraba.
In the school boy Langer Cup Jay Blazek was the Coombabah SHS captain and definately led from the front.
-
One of the more honest hard working players in the GCRL U18 Division One competition this season has been Ormeau Shearers forward LT Anae.
The young man has alternated between front row, second row and coming off the bench and tomorrow in Round Twelve LT Anae will start in the front row against the Currumbin Eagles.
-
Brent Barnes has been in outstanding form this season for Helensvale in the GCRL First Grade competition and thus it is great to see him named in the Burleigh Colts side for their match tomorrow against the Sunshine Coast Falcons.
He was named in the Burleigh side last weekend but was a late withdrawal.
-
Big young Titans contracted outside back Jeremaiah Tamepo is currently the leading try scorer in the GCRL U18 Division One competition and he will look to add to his 2021 tally tomorrow when he lines up on the wing for the Nerang Roosters against the Southport Tigers in Round 12.
-
One of the key reasons for the Nerang Roosters success in the U18 Division One competition this season has been powerful centre Taniela
Mapusua Lotaki who in his first season on the Gold Coast has been outstanding for both Nerang and Keebra Park.
-
James Torrens has been outstanding for the Tweed Heads Seagulls Colts side this season at left centre but today he moves in closer to the action at lock as the Seagulls take on fellow Top Three side the Townsville Blackhawks.
-
The Covid 19 situation in NSW has caused a lot of cancellations to sporting competitions including the Far North Coast U18 rugby competition where Jedd Windle was outstanding at No. 8 for Lennox Head with Jedd Windle scoring in Lennox Heads last match which was a 26-24 semi-final victory against Casino.
-
After amassing a stunning 215 run metres last weekend, Tweed Heads Seagulls Colts right centre Jaylan To'o will once again line-up at right centre in todays match against the Townsville Blackhawks.
-
I will admit that I was a touch unsure how Titans contracted Klese Haas would go in the Hastings Deering's Colts competition this season but he has been very very solid at right second row for the Tweed Heads Seagulls and he lines up at right second row once again today against the Townsville Blackhawks.
-
Great to see giant young left second rower Noah Gafa named to start for the Burleigh Gold Coast Rugby League First Grade side in their Round Twelve match tomorrow against Runaway Bay.
-
Jake Kearton has been the corner stone of the Burleigh Gold Coast Rugby League U20 side this season and he has deservedly gotten a number of matches in the GCRL First Grade competition as a result of his performances.
That is set to continue tomorrow with Jake Kearton named on the bench for Burleigh as they take on Runaway Bay in Round Twelve.
