Bostyn Hakaraia named in the U18 NZ squad for the upcoming series against Australian Schoolboys, who include Titans Tyronne Roberts-Davis and David Fauid.

Bostyn Hakaraia has been named at 5/8 for this afternoons match between NZ secondary schools and NSW combined schools.

The Titans have signed Farrar hooker Corey Manicaros and team mate half/five eight Ty Barry as well. Manicaros is a very talented hooker whose brotehr is with the Newcastle Knights, should be a good battle for the NYC hooking spot for next year.

Apparently we beat the Roosters, Parramatta, Cronulla, St George for his signature. He has made numerous representative sides this year and has played a lot of 1st grade with North Tamworth and last weekend scored three tries in the U18 grand final win then backed up off the bench for the 1st grade sides win.

Young front rower and recent Titans signing Antonio Nelu scored four tries in his Norths Ipswich sides 50-18 Grands Final win over the weekend, capping an amazing year for the U15 player. Backrower/centre Tommy Wolf who has played some games for our development squads also crossed for two tries in the match. If you get an opportunity go watch Antonio play he is a big strong powerful young man, an incredible young talent who should shine in the CC competition next year. His older brother who plays in the centres at the U17 level is not too bad either.

Thanks mate Sam is one of the most improved players on the GC & he's a genuinely good kid I gave him his nickname "Beaver", he is a lot like a young Menzies

I was a little disapponted with the 18s performance today with the squad they had they should have been a lot sharper and a lot more convincing.
