Of course Deine Mariner (next week) and Keano Kini (shortly) will also rejoin the PBC side.

Also Titans contracted Bailey Martin came off the bench last night in his return from an injury that forced him to miss representing South Coast at the recently completed QSSRL Championships. He will be better for the run, he was good anyway, and it was also good to see him as acting captain in the second half.

Great to see giant young front rower Isaac Matalavea-Booth commencing training on a limited basis with the Titans NRL squad.

With his performances for the Titans U19's and Burleigh's Colts sides this season, for me he is one of the most improved players in the entire JTS program.

Last night Titans contracted Wailer Whaiapu started Round One of the School Boy Walters Cup for Keebra Park in the front row against Marsden SHS and whilst he had a strong match throughout, it was an effort with just three minutes to go and Keebra Park holding onto a slender lead that caught spectators attention.

With Marsden chasing the game second rower Jedidah Riai charged onto the ball but was smashed by Wailer Whaiapu with an outstanding, perfectly timed and executed front on tackle that forced the ball loose and set the tone for Keebra Park to see out the match and hold onto their lead.
