Great to see Western Mustangs front rower Luke Maiden sign a Titans Development contract recently and will play the 2019 season as part of the Burleigh Bears U20 Hastings Deering' Colts side which starts training on 5 November.

A number of Titans youngsters headed over to France yesterday as part of a U15 Group One Battlefield Challenge side.
All the best to the youngsters who include Titans Jack Cullen, Ryan Foran, Byron Jones, Riley Lack and Thomas Weaver.
Yea not too sure maybe because they hung onto so many for so long last season , there was hardley any under 20s there although that team is pretty much picked, also players from last season didnt have too trial
The 2018 QPICC (Queensland Pacific Islands Cultural Carnival) Tournament kicks off tomorrow night in Beenleigh with a number of Titans boys representing their countries of heritage in the U14, U16 and U18 age groups.
The countries involved include:
- Tonga
- Cook Islands
- Maori
- PNG
- Samoa
- Niue
- Philippines
The Western Mustangs MM 2019 side contains the likes of Connor Williams, Jack Sullivan and Mitch Farlow
Congratulations to Titans contracted Jaylan To'o for his selection in the U18 QLD NIUE side for this weekends QPICC competitions.
In the match Titans contracted half Thomas Weaver in addition to captaining the side was named one of the Group 18's best, scored an outstanding first half try when he received the ball on the left and stepped his way through the Hemel defence to score near the left upright.
Early in the second half Thomas Weaver also set up two tries impressively one on either side of the field.
David Butler was recently named on the bench in the Keebra Park 2018 Team of the Year.
In addition to Thomas Weaver other Titans contracted U15's to feature in the Group 18 victory included front rower Jack Cullen who was strong in the centre of the ruck and fullback Riley Lack who started the match at fullback and provided some good balls when playing as a second five eight especially when he was running to his right.
Riley Lack was rewarded with a late game try when he pounced on a kicked which the defence could not handle to score in the left conrner. HE was playing left wing at the time,
The Queensland Samoa U18 side is an impressive one with the likes of Leevai Sutton, David Butler, Larryon Tevita and Stanley Jackson involved.
