Outstanding forward prospective Oscar Clarke scored his second double in as many weeks for the Tweed Coast Raiders U18 NRRRL side in Round Eleven yesterday afternoon.
Tweed Coast however went down 37-10 to Ballina.

In Ballina’s 37-10 U18 NRRRL Round Eleven match yesterday three Titans players were involved, being half Kel Sheather, second rower Kuyan Roberts-Laurie and fullback Malachi Roberts.
Kel Sheather and Kuyan Roberts-Laurie then backed up to be involved in the NRRRL First Grade match later yesterday afternoon and they were once again in the winning side as Ballina defeated Tweed Coast 12-10.

Former North Sydney SG Ball player Tyrese Walker started in the centres and tots try in as many rounds for Burleigh in their U19 Round Ten loss to Southport 36-10 on the weekend.

Interesting to see 19 year old Liam Hori-Clarke start at half back for Ormeau in Round Ten of the GCRL First Grade competition on the weekend, in just his third First Grade game he had played wing, five eight and now half back.

Burleigh’s 17 year old Puta-Will Purcell continues to play a lot of rugby league this year and in Round Ten of the U19 competition last weekend came off the bench and kicked a conversion as Burleigh went down 36-10 to Southport.

A couple of weeks after making his GCRL First Grade debut 18 year old Zane Harris started at half back for Southport in Round Ten of the U19 competition scoring his second try in as many games at that level as Southport defeated Burleigh 36-10.

Big strong young New Zealand forward Larryon Tevita continues to gain experience in the GCRL U19 competition after a solid MM Cup season with Burleigh.
In Round Ten on the weekend he came off the bench for his seventh U19 match of the season as Burleigh went down 36-10 to Southport.

Former Titans Development Squad member centre Liam Cusack extended his lead on the U18 NRRRL try scoring list in Round Eleven over the weekend scoring a hat trick as his Cudgen side defeated Evans Head 70-6.
He has now scored eleven tries from just seven games.
Earlier in the season Liam Cusack scored doubles against Lower Clarence and Murwillumbah

With the Colts competition having their mid-season break it was positive to see a number of Titans Rookie Squad members gaining experience in the GCRL First Grade competition.
One such player was Curtis Dansey-Smaller who started on the left wing in his second First Grade game as Tweed Heads overcame Bilambil 34-28.

After missing out last weekend in Round Nine front rower Logan Cootes returned to the try scoring list in Round Ten of the U19 competition over the weekend scoring a double as Mudgeeraba defeated Beaudesert 62-18 and has maintained his position as the competitions leading try scorer.
A front rower leading a competitions try scoring tally midway through the season, everyone else should hang their heads in shame, but seriously well done to him

PBC Opens Rugby League and Tweed Heads MM Cup winger Indiha Saotui-Huta now has a U19 strike rate of 200% after scoring four tries for Mudgeeraba in their Round Ten U19 62-18 victory over Beaudesert.
He is currently playing in the centres for the Redbacks

Well done to Tweed Heads Seagulls Colts front rower Jack Peacock for his selection in the Australian Universities side.
Former Titans NYC player Kobe Tararo is also in the side that will tour South Africa in October this year.

Titans contracted Blake Campbell played his first match in the GCRL U19 competition on the weekend Round Ten starting at lock for Runaway Bay as they defeated Currumbin 24-18.
He then backed up to start in the second row in the Doug Lipp Cup fixture directly afterwards.
Blake Campbell had an outstanding MM Cup campaign for Tweed Heads earlier this year before progressing to the Tweed Heads Colts side.
He also represented Queensland at the U18 level to the curtain raiser to the first State of Origin match coming off the bench with fellow Titan David Butler
With the Hastings Deering's Colts competition back this weekend, Blake Campbell has been named in the Tweed Heads second row for Sunday mornings local derby against Burleigh.

Titan Half Ryan Rivett kicked three from three in Round Seven last weekend as his Burleigh U16 Division One side went down32-18 to Currumbin.
