Good to see Joseph Shannon taking part.
Congratulations to Titan contracted Thomas Weaver who tonight was named the NSW Country U16 Player of the Year and the Ron Lanesbury Medal Winne
Ok, let me try to put things into perspective, the Titans have just had all of their boys from 14 to 18 at camps and playing games over the last week, and what an outstanding success it was with some exceptional performances across all age groups.
I can assure everyone that the Titans have had an outstanding year from a junior development perspective with the TEDS program as well as results such as the Titans U15's thumping Balmain on Thursday, a great result considering that was essentially the 2020 Harold Matthews Tigers side.
Ate the U14 level a number of the most outstanding players for their age in Queensland were in the squad both from Gold Coast and Brisbane including a number from the Souths Acacia Ridge GBJRL U14 Division One Grand Final winning side.
Our 16's and 18's are the equal of ANY other NRL club just look at Juwan Compain and Will Evans making their Queensland Cup debuts and Thomas Weaver being named NSW Country U16 Player of the Season last night..
Seriously the Titans have the best junior set up in the NRL and that includes the Broncos with the benefits to flow from next year at the NRL level with Ioane Seuili, Darius Farmer and Tremain Spry there or there abouts with the credit squarely with Jamie McCormack and his staff.
We as blessed to be able to support the juniors we have.
In terms of schools heck Jamie McCormack and Ezra Howe (he coached the NZ U19 side last weekend, hope he was in their ear) have just gotten Keebra Park across the line and the number of Titans boys and PBC and Coombabah is great.
The Titans also have some exceptional boys at Ballina Coast High School as well led by Rowan Mansfield, Reshawn Anderson and Damon Coldwell to name a few.
But to add perspective we have multiple boys at Keebra already such as Trey Peni, Seth Niketemo (who started in the second row for the Titans U15's on Thursday night) so we have not been sitting idle.
You can throw in Kaleb Ngamanu (TSS First XV) and Orlando Swain (Ipswich Grammar School Furst XV) as 16 year old who the Reds are filthy at missing out on.
Hard I know but please take with a grain of salt when people come here a have a whinge, it is just wrong. We should be celebrating the juniors we have and not having a dig at the people guarantying our future.
I implore all Titans supporters to go see our juniors sides play you will come away with a smile on your face and you appreciate just how good our future is.

Plus we have the most knowledgeable fans in the junior development space in the NRL as well.
I will go out on a limb and say that in the NRL trials next season, Juwan Compain, Will Evans and Jayden Campbell will get a chance such is their maturity and skill.
Titan Keano Kini started at half this morning for the New Zealand U16 side in their 26-20 loss to the Samoa U16's with Keano Kini converting the NZ sides final try with six minutes to go from in front of the posts.
