Bunnies football manager Shane Richardson said the club was excited by Paulo's arrival.
"Jaxson has been on our radar for a while and we feel that under the tutelage of Wayne (Bennett) and our coaching staff, we will see the best of him," Richardson said.
"He is an athletic winger or centre and he will add to our depth in both of those positions.
"We're looking forward to seeing him progress in our system and we're also looking forward to seeing him pull on the red and green jersey of the Rabbitohs."
The Keebra Park-product said he was looking forward to his future at Redfern
"I'm really grateful to the Rabbitohs for this fantastic opportunity" Paulo said.
"I want to thank the Titans for giving me my first shot with an NRL club, but I'm ready to put my best foot forward for South Sydney and I can't wait to play for a club with such a rich heritage and great member base."
Souths lost their first match in eight weeks on Friday night when they went down 26-14 to Parramatta, with four of their Origin stars watching on.
