We had to beat Panthers to be in the top 8. We didn't beat a team battling to stay away from the wooden spoon so we don't deserve to be in the finals. Simple as that.

Dang, I did kinda hope things would turn around in the 2nd half. Nevertheless, I am sad they didn't make the finals. On the other hand, the first half of the season wasn't good at all, so it doesn't surprise me either this burden proved to be too much in the end. At least no wooden spoon, so hey... Hopefully we can finish the season in style in the last round.

Played the usual 40mins, sharing with Beau. While Srama was gone I watch 2 balls go to ground from dummy half at crucial times

They are much less of a team without Srama, we need him to play 80mins again.

Call me crazy but I just dont see Champion being any major part of this squad. Depth really has to be strengthened next year...need a magical wand to create another winger or centre

Throw James in there, and introduce a year long bonus system for all the boys: $2000 match bonus for any player who takes out an opposition HB\FB\FE\HK in the first half (without getting sent off in the process).
