While we have received the rough end of the pineapple from the refs, it is the kicking game where we are getting toweled up by the Sharks who have kicked fairly well where we have been poor.

Refs have missed a few blokes off side when the bombs go up, one notably is when Dowling knocked on, Isaac Gordon was at least a metre off and inside the 10.

Not a bad effort thus far considering everything.

We lacked go forward once BJ went off. Dowling has been good but I can't help thinking having Falloon at hooker and Srama at halfback would've been a better way to go. Zillman has dropped ball and missed tackles. We need him to be much better in the 2nd half.

Not too bad ... Dowling fine but Zillman should never be allowed within ten meters of the halves.

That "no try" if they deemed Idris was involved then it was a 1 on 1 strip surely?

Our mid-field defence is really so-so.

Zillman has dropped ball and missed tackles. We need him to be much better in the 2nd half.

So right ... plus kicked out on the full, thrown hospital passes, over-runs the ball, passed to no one twice ...this from our future club captain. We don't need Prince so much as we need Zillman off the ball.

He is mate but what about Douglas , 40 minutes gone & he has racked up 39 tackles

The refs are killing us Gordon was offside from the bomb & Cronulla have thrown 6 forward passes & no been pinged for any :boo:

it's probably the conditions we need prince and his experience for.

So many halves, and decent ones, don't understand wet weather footy and the adjustments it needs to kicking games. D lockyer is the master, but prince would be real helpful right now too.
