Jarvarn White scored another try for Ipswich & got Man of the Match in a 12 man win against Central QLD yesterday.

    On Zilly.

Support play - IMO terrible, he is either late or non existent.
Creating overlap - IMO terrible, looks totally lost on the play
Positioning for kicks - IMO Terrible, ball is often completely stopped before he gets to it.
Catching on the full - Bombs are good, field kicks see above.
    Organising defense - Getting better
Leadership - poor at best, we really need him here
    set Plays - IMO Terrible
    Try stopping ability - pass

Not trying to rag on the guy, because i like him as a Center.
Just shaking my head at the refusal to try something different from this coach.

His trial form for the Titans impressed me. He looked busy, backed up well and looked dangerous right across the park.

Im not a fan of Champions. I think Zillman's best position is centre.

Move Kevin to #1 and Graham at win as well.

I'd persist with Prince at halfback. But would love to see Sezer at 6 soon.

Bird did pretty well yesterday, hope he pulls up ok!

zillman is a safe fullback. thats it.
be far better in the centres, him n champion can battle it out, seeing champion hasnt done anything for me.
nfi wat juniors we have, but we need a shannon walker type fullback.
its good to see gordon going a bit more infield but to hang around the ruck but.

    1. Graham or Zillman
    2. Gordan (when Gordon gets back to his best move to FB)
    3. Jamal Idris
    4. Champion ( when gordan moves to FB move Zillman to centre)
    5. Zillman or Graham
    6. Sezer
    7. Rankin (Does not bother me who plays HB between Sezer and Rankin)
    8. Bailey
    9. Srama
    10. Douglas
    11. Myles
    12. Thompson
    13. Harrison

    14. Lawrence
    15. Minichiello
    16. Ridge
    17. Henderson

Prince played 20min of good football, over 1 season of rubbish and has managed to play 20min of good football in one game.
Get him to play 60min of good football in QLD cup and than let him battle with more talented youth for his position in the team.

about Zillman i think we need to persist with him. He needs to inject himself into plays. We have signed Zillman for 5 years so we need to find the best of Zillma or else its going to be a useless upgrade to a contract.

I honestly have faith in Zillman. He hasnt played fullback for a while so i reckon he will perform when he gets used to playing fullback.

We need Sezer as 5/8. Get Phil Graham in for Michaels and switch Dom to the centres.
Prince and Sezer in the halves.

I'm just hoping we see Sezer in the 6 for this game, and that we do away with 2 hookers. Srama's played 80 minutes before and I'm sure he could do it on a weekly basis.

You can't rag on the guy and then want him at centre.

There are a couple of us on here that have given up criticising individual players and headed towards the coach.
Every player that comes to the club has a good name...whether it be at NRL level or an up and coming young fella...not one has excelled.

I for one struggle to follow a team coached by Cartwright...nice guy or not!

Stop hating on Prince. I still feel he has so much to offer. And i think with a player like Aidan Sezer outside of him we will get the best of Prince.

The team i would want for this weekend.
    1. William ZILLMAN (we have to persist but Rankin could replace him)
    2. Kevin GORDON
    3. Dom PEYROUX (HE IS A CENTRE FOR GOD'S SAKE!)
    4. Beau CHAMPION
    5. Phil GRAHAM (Steve Michaels should seriously gtfo the team)
    6. Aidan SEZER (seems to be a hot prospect at the moment)
    7. Scott PRINCE (he is not done and dusted yet)
    8. Luke BAILEY
    9. Matt SRAMA (we need him on for 80mins. He provides spark as well)
    10. Luke DOUGLAS
    11. Ashley HARRISON (Greg Bird is a much better lock then he is)
    12. Nate MYLES (has been great for us so far)
    13. Greg BIRD (he will play much better if he is lat ock.)

    14. Brenton LAWRENCE
    15. Mark MINICHIELLO (Stick to the bench mate)
    16. Ben RIDGE
    17. Jordan RANKIN (If Srama gets tired then put Rankin in or if Zillman isnt performing then put Rankin in or can just put him on the field as a floater.)

Heading down from Toowoomba for this. Roosters are one of the only teams I haven't seen play, & I rate our chances for this one.

Your not going to get an argument from me about the coach.
I would have been knocking on Rick Stones door all year.

This should be a good game, but Pearce was deadly on the weekend so we will have to watch him. As alway s I will be there with the legion
This year will be BLUE Go NSW!

Your right about Peyroux at centre and Graham is a good option on the wing.
I like your inclusion of Sezer even though I haven't seen him play...more of a curious entry as no-one has fed our centres quality ball.

What's your side if all players were back including James?
i'm glad you like it. my full strength squad for this year would be:
    1.Zillman
2.Mead (needs to learn how to catch a bomb, he has improved defensively)
    3.Idris (right center)
4.Champion (just over Dom because he passes to our wingers, he needs something more to his game like a gasneir like step instead of just his hole running)
    5.Gordan
    6.Sezer
    7.Prince (co-captain)
    8.Bailey (co-captain
    9.Srama
    10.Douglas
    11.Myles
    12.Bird
    13.Harrison
    ----------------
    14.James
    15.Minichiello
    16.Thompson
    17.Rankin
    ---------------
    18.Lawrence
    19.Ridge
    20.Peyroux
    21.Falloon
