Holy $@#& the Cowboys were bad, really bad.
Titans were typical Cartright Titans, slogging it up the middle. Outside backs are non existent in most sets.
Did I mention how bad the Cowboys were. J?ust gonna visit their forum now

but the good news is that this year we have someone in rankin who is willing to take up the slack and have a dig at the line or a jink.
he wasnt perfect, but he showed alot of promise, more than corey norman last night imo.
and when hes really firing by mid season we get sezer too... a glimpse at a post prince future?

I'll second that!
Going on what was said before the game with the humidity I thought Titans would be in some strife and we probably would have been if the Cows held onto the ball. Lucky for us they didn't so more time the Titans had with the ball, more energy used by the Cows.......
yeah late in the game we got some ball down that side, but i also think zillman didnt position them right and crabbed over a bit, or could have drawn them in more and then passed, hes just not an instinctive ball player, but i barely remember them even trying that play much last year or it even getting to the centre properly, so it was an improvement at least.
Only caught the 2nd half, but going by what I seen, in regards to how poorly the Cowboys played. I feel the score line should have at least read 24-0, in our favour by the end of the match. I know it's a harsh comment. But I'm still allowing room for improvement for the rest of the season. Nonetheless, no doubt we're all happy to see us with a win for Round 1 in 2012.
If we improve on our attack and hold our defence as solid as the boys did tonight during the majority of the season. I can't see why we can't land our butts in the top 4 at the end of the season.
If anyone wants to reminisce about the Titans 2011 season head over to the Cowboys forum
Some angry angry dudes in there
