Looks like Capewell is locked away to play with us next season going off that article. I'm excited about this kid, he is a Queenslander who has shown a lot of talent. He will be learning of the like of Rogers, Preston and Princey - he might be the signing we have been looking for.

both Aaron Cannings and Josh Graham won't be offered contracts for next season.

Josh Graham was a great signing. Local boy who filled in all the gaps, would not shock me if he gets a run in union again if we don't offer him a contract.

In the end of the day, it's the right move, we have some great young talent coming through and they really are our future.

Shannon should be given considerable time at fullback to see how he goes. We need to blood another weapon that will join the 2 on the wings.

Shannon needs to take a number in line behind Will Zillman and Preston Campbell. As much as I love watching Shan, he isn't going to get a fullback start whilst Zilly is fit.

I too like Zilly at f/b - he's done a good job whilst Presto has been out.
I think with Shannon walker - he needs to bide his time in Q cup a bit longer to get the kinks out and will get his start eventually. Lots of potential there so would be nice to be able to keep him until he's well and truly NRL ready!

he's done as far as im concerned, that mission would have ruined his talent, thats why folau and others stayed so they wouldnt give up their talent

I think Shannon needs to be given an extended run at fullback in the trials and play zillman at 5/8. It is crucial that we find or manufacture a 5/8 that is a back not a forward. I'd love too see bird stay in the pack.

Zillman is a natural for 5/8 imho ... Walker has to show a lot more to get my vote though at FB
