Running on a proper sprint track, using blocks doesnt mean quicker times, actually some blokes run faster on grass. The running technique of some players suit track, some suit grass.
If all the quick men raced this year the times could be quicker than last years but not by much I wouldnt think. 1 sec down the track could be 7 or 8 metres difference
