The winning time for the Gatorade bolt was 11.1s, I thought that was slow considering they had tips from Bolt himself as well as using staring blocks and running on a proper sprinting track.

First of all there is a big myth that Uate, Gordon, Mead whoever are the fastest in the world so that means they should easily run 10 flat

Anything near 11secs is deemed fairly that dont train for sprinting.

The league training is just that, for league...players put on muscle for contact and for speed.

Running on a proper sprint track, using blocks doesnt mean quicker times, actually some blokes run faster on grass. The running technique of some players suit track, some suit grass.

If all the quick men raced this year the times could be quicker than last years but not by much I wouldnt think. 1 sec down the track could be 7 or 8 metres difference

Storm v Broncos 06 semi match was on tele yesterday and Inglis was fit as a fiddle in that match. Massive diff to what he is today, hopefully he gets back to somewhere near that level in the near future

He was looking a lot fitter tonight then he was a few months ago, but still don't think he is in any comparison to his old self

Times I posted were ones they told me almost 2 years ago now, they could very well be quicker or slower.

Ryan Tongia told me he has done 10.8 as he trained for sprinting, and
Tom Merritt said he had done 11.2
