I like props on the bench as you can then rotate them earlier, before fatigue.
Some people like a quick bench thinking they will catch out a tired forward when they get on...but if you got plenty of forwards then they wont get tired...plus your best attacking backs are already on the field...we don't need a Gidley.

I choose Harrison at lock each year but with Cowboys toward the top of the ladder and Titans toward the bottom then I think it's fair Johnson pips him.

For those of you that haven't added Myles...just think back to a time when things got heated on the field...did you have a player like him beside you?

If Harro is fit I think he should play. Dallas went to the Euro Super League so Ash, on his form should get the jersey.

Inglis might be a weaklink, didn't think Id ever say that.

Cronk has been a fantastic addition to the Maroons over the last couple years.

Inglis has been playing outside the worst 5/8 in the game.
    He'll kill it outside Lockyer

Of course...no rugby league team is going to beat the spine of Smith, Thurston, Lockyer and Slater

It's the combination I've ever seen!

I think in the modern game big bulky props are not needed. Maybe one or two in the team for the first 20min but affter that i would use players like Sam Tagataese in the prob positions.

A fresh big prop can be handy after the first twenty minutes...it takes a lot of energy for a smaller player to wrestle a fresh big prop.

I'm a massive fan of having a balanced team on the field and players like Slater, Thurston and Smith are waiting for a tired forward...at that stage I don't want to bring on another quick nimble player to over play his hand in front of these guys.

Just can't agree with you, IMO the less big props the better.

Your team would wear down the opposition faster and then take control of the match.

Looks like big trouble with Hodges going down against Penrith with what looks like a torn hamstring.

    Bring in Tonga.

I liked your idea of Tagatese but you don't want many workhorses or play makers on the bench is what I don't like...they should be starting...at least Taga can be used with impact.
