I love the bird man and hope We are his longterm club, but him specifically mentioning 2012 doesn't fill me with confidence for 2013 and beyond

I remember Des Hasler stated he'd be coaching manly in 2012, and then announcing his doggies contract few days later.

Hope I'm wrong.

P.s. One more year tho of birdie is better than none so I won't complain too much.

I would have to agree. 1 more year with Birdy is better that none. I would love Bird to stay with us long term.
