**PRESS RELEASE FROM THE TITANIUM LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LTD.**
Friday 1st September 2006, 2:45pm

Recently it was announced that the TLE Group would be publicly floated as part of our community benefit scheme, designed to make the company more accessible to the public and enable the public to share in the rewards of the group. It was decided that 40% of the company would be floated

Offers have been recieved over the past week and after much deliberation and discussion between staff and management, the following outcome has been decided.

As of Monday 4th September 2006, the TLE Group Ltd. will be jointly owned by three companies with the board seeing it in the best interests of the group and of its publics to ensure that the public remained the key focus of the group.

Grimmace Enterprises will have a 25% share in the group and will work towards ensuring public planning and initatives of the club are created and implemented. It has been agreed that a Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be employed to ensure this occurs.

Darren Lockyer Security will have a 15% share in the group and will work to ensure the Titanium Bar and Grill has the facilities available to serve its customers and groups.

The TLE Group Consortium will keep 60% of the group and will maintain control of the Titanium Bar and Grill as well as the Community Cafe and will also maintain control of the operations of these businesses, including managing decisions and staff placements.

TLE will also use its new found space to create more initatives including more entertainment and games in the bar as well as cinema and TV.

TLE would like to thank all those parties concerned for their time and patience and look forward to working with them all in the future.
