i have to say i am happy the test match is on the gold coast, but am not happy because i have already paid $500 to travel to new zealand now i have basically just lost $500....They could of moved it from christchurch to aukland to still have it in new zealand

Well, you get a holiday in NZ then, dont you? Just been over there myself, was in Ch'ch not even 3 weeks before the quake hit. Such a beautiful city...I'm very lucky I wasnt there when this happened.

3 home games in a row (round 8,9,10) just means we have to win the lot as we run into a Bye the following week , i don't see any down side to the change of the draw , we don't play anymore than 2 weeks in a row at away venue's
