Today?s announcement also coincides with the release of the Jetstar Titans new look playing strip.

In an NRL first, apparel sponsor Adidas has incorporated its instantly recognizable and internationally renowned three stripes on the shoulder position of the jersey.

They have also highlighted the sword to make it appear more bold, enhancing the combatant elements of the playing strip. Adidas have also changed the design elements of the training jersey.

A honeycombed pattern of minute sized Titans helmets creates the fish scale appearance of to make the training jersey look more like an armory vest.

Fantastic news, I know the Titans originally wanted the Adidas stripes on the 2010 model and Im glad that the NRL has allowed it. The 2011 jersey is amazing. Pictures to come.

The new sleeve sponsor of Coral Homes also makes it a tempting purchase for fans.

I also think the addition of Adidas stripes will make the Away jersey even better.

The addition of Coral Homes to the Titans sponsorship stable on a multimillion-dollar deal is a significant boost for the club.

The sleeve contract was on the market just four days after ABC Bricks finished their three-year contract.

Searle said the club was also deep into negotiations regarding a back-of-jersey sponsor for 2011, which has been vacant since Marina Quays wrapped up their deal at the end of 2009.

The sponsorship announcement coincided with the unveiling of a slightly new jersey design for next year, which has seen the iconic adidas three stripes added to the shoulders of the home and away strips and new training jumper.

"Previously secondary branding wasn't permitted on NRL apparel," Searle said.

"We have lobbied with the other NRL clubs for that secondary branding.

"With adidas becoming a new sponsor last year, we gave them an undertaking to get their three stripes on there.

"The three stripes branding also drives retail sales."

The adidas stripes look great on the jersey's - a nice new addition. Glad I waited until the new one was released to upgrade I still have the OLD design at the moment! I'm not too sure about the new training jersey though - am sure it will grow on me.

i got last years training players cut....i love it and this years one i will hope to add to my collection
