SUNSHINE COAST v BURLEIGH BEARS
Sunday, May 23 ? 3pm - Stockland Park
After snatching a vital win against the Ipswich Jets in the dying minutes last weekend, the Sunshine Coast finally has a bit of momentum to carry into a home clash. This match promises to be one of their toughest of the season, with the Bears full of confidence after a 32-12 drubbing of the previously unbeaten Norths Devils. Burleigh coach Mark Gee has named an unchanged team for Sunday?s clash. Spearheading his team?s assault is a formidable forward pack led by props Dayne Weston and Kale Burton. Weston grabbed two tries in the win over Norths, while giant second-rower Bodene Thompson also got in on the act with a try of his own. The Sunshine Coast have a powerful engine room as well, with last week?s match winner Terence Seu Seu to work behind his big pack of forwards from the key hooking role.
