Jamie Lyon in the centres? He is a long way from his best days, which were before he went to England. Completely overrated IMO.

    In what positions ?

Looks like a brilliant team & I'll expect them to won by 20+

Steelers are u looking through Red & White eyes as Lyon has been playing career best footy this season & he probably got start just ahead of Cooper..

gidley, lyon and perry aren't great, it should be jetboot jennings, jarryd hayne utility, boyd wing and laffarnchi or bird on the bench for perry.

The reality is Australia could probably field 3 or 4 teams at least that would still beat the kiwis on most days.

Am a bit surprised at Jennings' omission, and chuffed to see Luke Lewis make the starting side. He's been in great form, and is versatile enough to move almost anywhere on the field if there's any injuries. I'm guessing he's not as fast as he was during his wing days though.

Lewis should be in Gidley's position, or Gallen's, and Gidley should be playing park footy somewhere, and Gallen at best should be in in City/Country.

i really think gidley is overrated, i have never seen him in a game light the world on fire, the only thing thats decent about him IMO is that he is a pretty good tackler.

Jennings is someone that comes to mind for me straight away as someone who should be in ahead of Lyon. Cooper as well, but he was ruled out due to injury as far as I know. I am not a fan of Lyon, I guess his lack of ambition to play rep footy last year contributes to that a bit though.

Creagh should be in the side instead of Gallen. Creagh has deserved numerous rep jumpers for a couple of years now with how he has played.

If you're picking pretty good tacklers, I've got a dozen in my NRL dream team, and only a couple will get anywhere near a rep jumper this year.
