    Default Gold Coast Titans hooker foils would-be burglar

    A WOULD-BE intruder chose the wrong house to target when he was busted by Gold Coast Titans hooker Nathan Friend at 5 o'clock this morning.

    Friend was woken before dawn today by the sound of his front door of his Robina home being tampered with.

    His wife Kelly said her brave husband scared the man off and chased him down the street.

    The incident comes just a week after fellow Titan Mat Rogers became a victim of a burglar who stole wife Chloe's handbag from their Mermaid Beach home while they slept.
