On another note, looks like we're getting another new jersey...again...

Yeah mate that instagram story worries me, I’m so sick of this club putting out a new jersey every year, especially when theres a good chance they’re going to mess it up and it will look trash. Last years jersey was one of the best we’ve had, stick with it and help us build an identity. You don’t see the Roosters, Rabbitohs etc changing jerseys every year or two.

It shouldn't be all that hard to create a super clean dark blue -> turqoise fade with some kind of gold chevron on the chest and just run with that for the next half-decade at least, right?. If they bring back the stupid helmet tummies i'm going to be sick. Thought this years and last jerseys were pretty nice, oh well.

I haven't bought a jersey for 6 years now used to get one nearly every year I'm waiting till we can pick and stick thought this year was it was so close to buying a jersey multiple times this year glad I didn't know

I agree that we do change jerseys too often. And sometimes they have been woeful and wildly different. The dark blue one and old helmet tummy.

But it does seem like we are circling around a few features. The light blue to dark blue fade, white shorts.

I think simplicity favours our colours. One thing I'd change is give the gold bar a slight bend to make a chevron. But a subtle one.

I was looking around for a photo of the jersey from behind. I noticed that the gold bar actually extends around to the back, which is a nice tough.

Looking at these photos makes me realise that we really have some exciting players and personalities. The type that draws fans in. You think Titans and you can think about these players. Dolphins, who I've been interested in lately, don't have any such identities IMO.
