This is what the Forum Guidelines Say:

3.0.8 - Members advertising
Advertising in signature files, avatars or profiles requires the permission of the Titans Forum Admin team. This includes names or location with a website address as well as banners and links in signature files or avatars.
Requests for permission should be sent by email to: forum@titans.com.au

Each request will be considered on its own merits and depending on circumstances. This is totally at the discretion of the site owners.

Should someone advertise without permission, the advertisement will be removed.

Thats the only rule that I can see he's broken.
According to the guidelines it's harsh, but mabey he's been warned before or did something else.
He may not be banned anyway, just suspended......

Calling someone a "NAZI" can be considered racist.
It wouldn't offend me, but if Williams got banned for what he did, then I wouldn't be suprised if you post gets deleted by a moderator.

Ok I am the only moderator on here... so I will respond.

Williams is suspended... and the admin team only suspend people if they have continually breached forum guidelines... read below.

5.0.2 - What might warrant a suspension from the forum?

Each incident that is referred to the Titans Forum Admin team will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Listed here are just a few examples of what may lead to a suspension from the forum:

- Blatant refusal by member to adhere to Administrator or Moderator instruction on a specific forum matter or topic

- Depending on the severity, any post that touches on anything listed in section 3.0.1

- Continual spamming on the open forum or via PM

- Failure to adhere to the advertising guidelines as per section 3.0.7

If the admin team decides to suspend a member, they don't do it lightly and have genuine reasons, most of which aim to ensure that all of you here can enjoy the forum to the best of it's ability.
