I've just been told(so it's not exactly verified) that there has been damage to some part of suncorp (which apparantly won't affect anything at this point) but they are supposedly worried that the storms predicted tomorrow afternoon/evening will be enough to cancel it

This has been on the sports news channel over here, they've said the roof needs repairs due to storms.

with the severity of the storms that are predicited for tomorrow afternoon.... i would not be suprised if it is called off...

the government will make their decision some time on saturday....

there was damage done to the roof of both suncorp and the gabba....

maybe start planning a PLAN B for tomorrow evening

Yea I heard this on the radio yesterday, sent chills down my spine.

I can't remember the last time a game was called off, but I guess we don't play much in summer/spring, in storm season.

They should do everything they can to play but I understand they need to consider people's safety first and foremost.

Rescheduling would be hard as there is so many tourists attending from overseas and around the country. Sunday night would work best as Davey mentionted.
