Welcome to Where Time Stands Still.....
its now 4/121. Lee has 3 wickets and symonds has 1 and is bowling excellent.
Lara is batting exceptionally well
Bringing some good form at the end of the series
I was a bit dissapointed in Shivnarine Chanderpaul though he has been the leading run scorer for west indies in the last 5 test series they have played in but i have not seen him do well against the aussies. I was really dissapointed in his performances throughout the series. Today he was looking good though and was really defensive until he just edged one to gilchrist
Lara gets 100, WI 4/177.. Congratulations to Brian Lara.. this is more like what the West Indies should be doing.. Well done to them for putting up a fight...

The signs were there last test that Lara was prepared for a long stay at the crease - over the moon to see him get a century in what will more than likely be his last on Australian soil.
There is still fight left in the old dog yet - I bet Mark Waugh feels like a good sort right now. I read a article of his a few weeks back where he chastised Brian Lara advising him it was time to go - enjoy your humble pie Mark.
If Mark Waugh had Brian Lara's powers of concentration at 36 y.o., he would of averaged 50 with the bat - not low to mid 40's.

Well done to Lara.. nearing 200 and carrying the West Indies towards a very competitive total.. good to see a contest..

I was afraid that we wouldnt see the best out of Lara in this tour. But he is back it will be a big moment when he gets the record for the most number of runs.
