2009 Titans Fans Events

as this year is drawing to a close and our grand final victory is only just around the corner

i though it might be good for some of us to have a think about some of the 'calendar musts' for us fans in 2009.....

Titans Charity Ball
the charity ball was great this year and hopefully next year we could get a whole table together (as this year we were all split) its a great night and a bit $ pricey $ so maybe a good idea for some to put money aside before hand........but its all great as its for charity


Cancer Foundation - Relay For Life
Another charity event that had a great reception by titans fans with THE LEGION taking out the prize for most 'funny money' raised...... maybe this year we could start raising money way earlier and maybe organise for a jersey to be signed and auctioned off for charity.........


any other events that anyone can think of please post as these two were great this year and everyone had fun..................

As a memeber who was both involed in these two events i can say there are both wroth it the BALL was a big hit and will joing the team again in 2009 and i ask any1 else who can make it as it is really a great night and u get to have a drink with ur fav player from the titans and meet other footy greats...

The WALK once again wat a great night and Stece done a greaty job getting that done even thu it rained it was still a great night and all the ppl involed hope you all can make it next year and hopping to see a few new comers aswell... And its another great where of gettint the LEGION out around the gold coast

I'd be happy if people just wanted to turn up and kick the footy/play a game of touch one weekend!

I definitely want to go to the next ball, I think with enough notice we can get a good group together and get us a table.

I think the relay can be bigger and better next year too, and fingers crossed actually outside!

C-Whiz is on the money too, just some purely social get togethers wouldn't go astray.

A bbq and throw the ball around, bowling (ten pin/barefoot lawn), laser skirmish/paintball, which I think someone was organising (I noticed the thread too late).

Maybe some theme park visits in the off season too. Plenty we could do.

I'd love to go to the ball next season as well.I didn't know anything about it until a few days before it happened.
