He seemed to have gotten the message with Kahler that he never got with O'Dwyer or Samau, fortunately.

And of course you are correct, Walker is a fullback and nothing else, unless they move Preston to the halves making room at fullback, it's pointless throwing him in there just to be a winger, we need height and weight on the flanks, not just speed. Might be a nice impact player off the bench, but again, only if you put him at fullback.

I don't know that we should be dropping Davis...we need smart half to finish our sets...Rogers is making some bad plays on the last tackle and I can't see anyone else controlling that area of our game.

I wouldn't mind seeing Josh Lewis get another go. We need his kicking game.

I think Josh Lewis deserves a call up and Shannon Walker would be a welcome addition on the wing.

Carty has to at least try, i mean we have our backs well and truly against the wall, and after watching kids like Sandow playing so well when given the chance, we must try.

Yeah, watching Sandow play tonight, it really sucks they had to push him out. They should make use of the young talent still here.

I think the club's hands were tied in the matter. Its a shame, he might be lost to our club but at least he isn't lost to rugby league.

I agree with Kwigibo, let's chance our arm and use some Toyota Cup players.

On another note, how much of a success has the Toyota Cup been. It's been a fantastic development tool and turned into a great support mechanism for the NRL. And on top of all of that, its a great competition in its own right.

And it might be our only hope of enjoying finals season

Assuming Souths don't make the 8, does Sandow get to go back if their u20 team make it? Are there rules on that?

Don't encourage them, fullback or nothing, how would he go up against a big winger, any better than Jeffrey? Might as well play Friend on the wing.

I guess we will have to wait and see. I tip Preston will stay at #1.

I don't think Walker plays so well on the wing. If we're bringing in an under 20s winger, Rapana is the go I think.

Still, we'll find out soon enough!
