League on it's own is no name for a sport. It gets drowned out by the NBL, A-League, AFL, Premier League and so forth.
The AFL/journalists even call themselves THE LEAGUE in a lot of media articles. And the same with the basketball and soccer.
BTW, I voted for RUGBY LEAGUE, the greatest game of all!

Yeah i was thinking of asking whats everyones 2 favourite sport .....
.....but some not so smart people might not like Rugby League as thier favourite sport

Well, after last weekend, it turns out I have developed quite a soft spot for barefoot lawn bowls! Does that count? $10 jugs of beer, what more could you want?

Volleyball and tennis are alright to play. i enetered beach volleyball for school for fun but we just missed out on finals

I'd have to go with NFL. I just think it is better promoted in their country than League is in ours. But NRL & NFL are the 2 major sports I would drop anything to watch...
