SEAPAL FOOTBALL TEAM RELAY RACE
The Seapal Football Team Relay Race , which is sponsored by Seapal Pallet and Crate manufacturers of Kilcoy ,will bring further thrills to the evening, with invitations sent to Broncos, Gold Coast Titans, North Qld Cowboys and other NRL clubs; Redcliffe Leagues Club (The Dolphins); all of the Sunshine Coast Rugby League teams; and last, but certainly not least, the F.O.G.S. (Former Origin Great Stars)! Nearby country football clubs from Kingaroy and Murgon areas will also be invited to compete. As well as the main race, it is intended to run one or two consolation races for the unplaced teams that do not make the final. It is expected that at least 24 teams will take part with each team consisting of 4 runners, who will run the length of the football field, passing the football to the next runner between the try line and deadball line. The idea of conducting the Seapal Football Team Relay Race is to showcase talented unknown speedsters from the country. No doubt there will be several talent scouts eagerly watching this event! It is intended to conduct this event every Australia Day weekend in future also.
WINTV FOOTBALL TEAM CONSOLATION RELAY RACE
The Win TV Football Team Consolation Relay Race is for the teams who do not make the final 8 for the Seapal Football Team Relay Final.
The F.O.G.S. are an important part of this exciting evening as they are comprised of several of the greatest past footballers in Australia (Meninga, Lewis, Miles, Renouf, Langer, Walters etc). It is hoped that these living legends will be Kilcoy bound for the event, along with others of the younger generation, to run in the relay race. The F.O.G.S. have always been big supporters of Rugby League in Kilcoy, providing funds to assist the "Yowies" and local schools' football teams get started in previous years.
Actually Sounds like a great weekend up there..starting Friday

Wont lose much from the other 3 blokes I think at best Walker is about 4-5 m faster then the slowest of them over 100m.
